This workshop is about taking that next step toward moving beyond the individualism of diversity to the systemic and cultural change needed to build inclusive organizations.

- Understand the role of implicit bias and impact on leadership, hiring, staffing and decision-making
- Learn to have courageous conversations about race
- The role of intentionality — orientation to an inclusive culture that is self-perpetuating through organizational systems, policies, and practices
All Dorchester residents, providers, organizations, and community members are invited to join the Dorchester CARES Coalition to be a voice of change in the community. It provides to the opportunity to network with neighbors, exchange resources, and build partnerships. Free dinner and childcare is provided if RSVP to Tara Register.
