Drop-In: Loss Due to Substance Use
Feb 26 @ 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

Out of the Shadows is a group for those who have lost loved ones from substance use. This group is focused on validating the disenfranchised grief that many people feel when they have lost someone to an overdose. Many people feel that the stigma related to addiction has left them with a very small network of support in their personal lives and so this group is designed to help people see that they are not alone in their grief. Out of the Shadows is a safe place to share thoughts and feelings about the losses suffered from addiction and how it has impacted the life of those left to carry on.
